Set up
Accounts for your team, your client list in, widgets on your clients' careers pages.
- Weeks 1–4
Seed
We grow the job seeker pool together through your network, your clients' sites and targeted outreach.
- Weeks 5–12
Ask and place
Your recruiters search, ask and introduce. We meet weekly and ship fixes as we go.

Decide
We review the numbers together and agree pricing, or part ways with no strings.
