For employers

Most visitors to your careers page leave without a word.

Privami gives the "not yet" people a private way to stay in touch, so when the right role opens, your recruiter can ask them first.

What you get

A warmer pipeline, without a single cold message.

A box on your careers page

One line of code your recruiter gives you. Visitors pick the roles they’d consider and leave an email. No cookies set on your site.

Introductions only after a yes

You only ever receive people who said yes to one of your roles, introduced by an agency you’ve confirmed.

Weekly counts of who’s open

See how many people are open to move by skill and place. Rounded, never fewer than 10, never your own staff.

You confirm your agencies

Agencies that say they recruit for you show up for you to confirm. Say "not ours" and they can’t add roles for you.

Your own people are protected

Your staff never appear to you or your recruiters. You will never know if one of them is looking, and neither will we tell you.

Free for employers

Employers don’t pay for Privami. Your agency arranges the widget and introductions as part of their service.

Why we hide your staff from you

It sounds odd. It's why this works.

People only say they're open if they're sure it can't come back to them. Because your staff are hidden from you, the people from other companies trust Privami enough to join, and those are the people you want to meet.

  • If your staff look elsewhere, nothing about it reaches you or your recruiters.
  • Your counts leave them out, so you can't spot them in small numbers.
  • An introduction to you is refused if the person already works for you.

Questions

What employers ask us.

Do we sign up directly?

Your recruitment agency lists you as a client and you confirm them. You get a sign-in to see introductions, counts and your widget code.

Will the widget slow our site or add tracking?

It's a small script that loads after your page and sets no cookies. It only sends what a visitor types into it.

Can we search candidates ourselves?

Not in the pilot. Searching and asking is done by your agency, who already knows your roles.

What do the counts show?

How many people are open to move, grouped by skill and place, updated weekly. Groups under 10 aren't shown and every number is rounded down to the nearest 5.
