For recruitment agencies

Your next placement isn't on a job board.

The best people are busy doing their jobs. Privami gives them a safe way to say they'd listen, and gives you the first conversation.

The problem

Everyone is messaging the same people.

Active candidates are on every board and in every agency's database. The people you most want to place rarely reply to cold LinkedIn messages, because replying feels like a risk.

  • They won't mark themselves open. "Open to work" can be seen by their own manager and their company's recruiters.
  • They don't trust a cold call. They can't tell who you're recruiting for or where their name will go.
  • Timing is everything. By the time they're applying, five agencies are already in the race.

What you get

Everything between "who's out there" and "here's the CV".

Search people open to move

Filter by skills, place and work style. You see title, experience, skills, pay range and how ready they are. Not the name.

Ask to meet, with the role typed in

No job ads to publish. Type the role, client, place and pay when you ask, and we remember it for next time.

Ask several people at once

Tick the people who fit and send one request to all of them. Each one decides on their own.

Reminders and a clear close

One reminder after 3 days, and the request closes at 7. You know where you stand without chasing.

Contact details and CV on a yes

When someone accepts, their name, email, phone, LinkedIn and CV arrive in your list straight away.

Introduce, with a record

Introduce them to the employer from Privami. The client sees who came through you and when.

Your clients' careers pages

Turn "not yet" visitors into a list only you can see.

Add a small Privami box to a client's careers page. Visitors who aren't ready to apply can stay in touch privately, and you get the first look for 48 hours.

  • One line of code, set up from your Privami account.
  • Works on any site. No cookies set on the client's page.
  • The visitor chooses what to share. Their employer is still hidden.

The employer shield

Nobody gets found out by their own boss.

Job seekers tell us where they work so we can hide them from that employer. You tell us every client you recruit for. Anyone who works at one of them never appears to you, so you can't be the agency that tipped someone's boss off.

  • Every searchPeople who work at any of your clients are left out before results are drawn.
  • Every requestAsking about someone checks again, against the role's employer and every client you list.
  • Every yesWhen someone accepts, the check runs again before any contact detail moves.
  • Every introductionAn introduction to an employer is refused if the person works there.
  • Related namesShort forms, trading names and aliases count as the same company.
  • Every countEmployers' weekly counts never include their own staff, and groups under 10 are left out.

What we ask of you

Two things, and they protect you as much as them.

  • List every client you recruit for. It's how the shield knows who to hide from you. Clients can confirm or reject the link.
  • Use details only for the role you asked about. Introduce someone only to that role's employer, and delete their details if they ask.

Questions

What agencies ask us.

Do I have to post my roles on Privami?

No. You type the role when you ask someone to meet. Privami remembers it so you can reuse it, but nothing is published.

Does it replace my ATS?

No. Privami finds people and gets the yes. Once you have their details you can add them to JobAdder, Bullhorn or whatever you use. An ATS integration is on the roadmap.

Who are the job seekers?

People who've said they'd hear about the right role. In the pilot we seed them together: through your network, your clients' careers pages and targeted outreach in your specialism.

Can I see who someone is before they say yes?

No, and you agree not to try. That promise is the reason people join.

What if a candidate works for a client of mine?

They never appear to you. You won't know they're there, which is the point.
